Patient Portal

You can set up/access your patient account portal by visiting:
https://11598.portal.athenahealth.com/

On the portal you can: send messages to the office, request prescription refills, update your insurance (and upload new card images), update your medications, and even opt-in to receive paperless statements!

Guest Pay

You can pay your bill online!

"Guest Pay" allows you to pay your bill online without creating a portal account.  (Recommended)    You will receive an email, or text, with a click-able link allowing you to pay your bill online.

Self
Check-IN

Patients will now be able to check in online for their upcoming appointments!  When the text reminder is sent out it will include a feature allowing you to do "Self Check-IN"

Completing the Self-Check in process assures an more complete and thorough appointment with the Dr.  You can pay your co-pay, and outstanding balances, update your insurance, reconcile your medication list...
